The first session is an opportunity for me to get to know you and better understand what's bringing you to therapy. We'll explore what's been feeling difficult, what you'd like support with, and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. There's no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you're ready to—we'll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
