About Me
Hi! I’m Alexa and I'm a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW) providing virtual therapy to individuals and couples across Ontario.
People come to therapy for many reasons—whether they're navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns or simply feeling like something isn't working the way they want it to. You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in curiosity. I don't believe people are broken or need to be fixed. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, helping you develop greater self-awareness and create meaningful, lasting change.
As a mom of two, I understand how easy it can be to put your own needs aside while caring for others. My hope is to offer a warm, judgment-free space where you can slow down, feel seen, supported, and understood.
Whether you're facing a difficult season or simply looking to better understand yourself, I'm here to help you move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Experience & Background
I have experience supporting individuals and couples navigating a wide range of life challenges, relationship concerns, and major life transitions. Working across community and clinical settings has given me the opportunity to support people from diverse backgrounds and with a wide range of life experiences. Those experiences have shaped the way I practice today, reinforcing my belief that meaningful change begins with meeting each client where they are. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor our work together to your unique needs, goals, and experiences.
